Official Statement

We would like to clarify that POMOLY did not launch or sell the Taisoca products through any crowdfunding platform. As a result, products purchased through unauthorized crowdfunding campaigns are not covered by POMOLY's customer service, warranty, or after-sales support.

The Taisoca Oven Stove shown in these crowdfunding campaigns is not an authorized POMOLY product. We believe the product uses designs and concepts from a POMOLY prototype without our authorization.

At the time the prototype appeared in the crowdfunding campaign, POMOLY was still testing the stove's performance and safety and refining its design. Our development process continued after the prototype stage, with improvements made to the structure, functionality, durability, and safety of the final product.

For this reason, the final POMOLY Taisoca Oven Stove incorporates substantial design refinements and improvements that are not reflected in the unauthorized prototype.

If you purchased a Taisoca product through an unauthorized crowdfunding campaign, we recommend contacting the crowdfunding platform directly to request clarification, a refund, or other appropriate resolution.

We encourage customers to purchase POMOLY products only through authorized POMOLY sales channels to ensure access to genuine products, warranty coverage, customer service, and future product support.

Complaint Progress

POMOLY reported the unauthorized Taisoca tent stove campaign to Kickstarter and raised concerns regarding the use of our intellectual property and prototype designs.

Following our initial complaint, the campaign was suspended for four days before becoming available again.

We subsequently contacted Kickstarter again and requested assistance regarding the matter. At the time of this statement, we have not received a response to our follow-up communications for eight days.

We are disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and remain concerned about customers who may purchase an unauthorized product without access to POMOLY's official warranty, customer service, replacement parts, product updates, or future upgrades.

POMOLY takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously. We will continue to pursue appropriate channels to protect our trademarks, patents, designs, and other intellectual property rights.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully verify the source of a product before purchasing and use official POMOLY sales channels whenever possible.
