At POMOLY, we design and manufacture high-quality hot tents and wood stoves for outdoor use. However, camping in outdoor and winter environments always involves certain risks, especially when using fire, heat, or fuel-burning equipment.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that our products will be completely risk-free under all conditions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Smoke leakage in certain situations
2. Fire or burn hazards caused by improper use
3. Heat damage caused by incorrect stove or chimney setup
4. Product instability if used on uneven ground
5. Reduced performance or safety risks in extreme weather conditions
Our stove jacks and heat-resistant materials are designed for high-temperature use, but they must always be used properly and within their intended limits.
To help ensure safe use of our products, we strongly recommend the following:
1. Always maintain proper ventilation inside your tent, even during winter camping
2. Use a carbon monoxide detector when operating a stove inside a tent
3. Set up your tent on stable, level ground
4. Place your stove on a flat and secure surface to reduce the risk of tipping over
5. Never leave a burning stove unattended
6. Follow all product instructions and safe camping practices
At POMOLY, safety is extremely important to us. We want every camper to enjoy the outdoors responsibly and return home safely after every adventure.
While no outdoor product can eliminate every possible risk, we are committed to improving our products and supporting our customers whenever issues arise.
Thank you for choosing POMOLY, and please camp responsibly and safely.
