1.Review from Customer "Deirdre S.":

"I love this tent and think anyone doing a thru hike should buy it! I purchased the duplex with the freestanding poles. You can use this tent on many terrains and it still weights less than an average free standing tent. This green color is pretty in the light yet not 100% see thru at night. Save yourself the stress of sharing space with a virus and stay in a duplex!"

2.Review from Customer "Angela":

"I love this. Easy setup and take down. I can put the tent up anywhere and works so easily on the tent platforms! Love it."

3.Review from Customer "Lesley C.":

"We take the Duplex backpacking everywhere we go and this year we went kayak camping the Everglades so we needed it to be freestanding. Super easy setup and VERY sturdy. This is a must have to throw in with your extra camping gear for days you can’t use steaks."

4.Review from Customer "douglas":

"These tent poles are carbon fiber and began to fray/ deteriorate after 2 months of daily use.
Contacted zpacks and they were open to exchange but I am traveling and don’t have an address
Disappointed in this product."

5.Review from Customer "Mary B.":

"First, the customer service was fabulous, since these were out but coming in and I wanted to get them for my husband’s trip to the Gila Wilderness a few months ago. Lots of back and forth and some expediting. They planned to hike in, make a base camp and do one or two day hikes, and he wanted his poles! These are worth the slight extra weight and really make the inside feel more spacious. My husband was skeptical, but he was won over and happy to have them instead of random branches! As usual, really inventive design that’s so functional. Thanks!"

6.Review from Customer "Dennis":

"Lots of room. Only wish would be attachments for free standing poles like the duplex and zippered. Other than that, love ZPACKS products and customer service."

7.Review from Customer "JENNIFER":

"Thoughts still out on this. Love the simplicity of this but for thru hiking the AT my friends 150 tent did the job a better and took maybe a minutes longer although it was 2 pounds heavy. I am 5’6 and on humid mornings (many) my head and feet are wet where I hit the tent wall. Started sleeping diagonally but kind of silly I’m doing all this for a light weight tent"

8.Review from Customer "Christopher C.":

"Took these flex poles and my Duplex on my first solo bikepacking trip this fall, and they worked great. Super light and pretty small to carry in the side pocket of my ArcZip pack. My lightweight gear enabled me to simply wear my backpack on my bike without having to get any specialized bikepacking racks or bags. I like the setup with the flex poles better than the trekking pole setup, since it it actually about as fast or maybe faster to set up and the tent can be picked up and moved and shaken out when striking camp. Headroom is better than with the trekking poles, too. I have not spent a night in a real rock-and-roll storm with this setup, so I can't speak to that, but it seems pretty sturdy. This setup should work well for my kayaking trips, as well."

9.Review from Customer "Tom B.":

"I used this system my entire AT hike, 1951 miles. This proved to be storm worthy, and a plus for tenting on platforms in New Hampshire and Maine. Battle tested tough! Highly recommended Solo"

10.Review from Customer "edrico m.":

"Pros: Easy set up, unobstructed doors, added head and foot room, strong and stable pitch in wet/windy weather
Cons: extra 10.5 oz, cost

Initially, I thought $150 for 4 poles, 4 rings, and 2 toggles was a bit much, but it works beautifully. Well designed."
