Finally got out with the Leo 2 for a hot tent adventure. Had it out in -18C with a ton of snow. Windchill as high as -27C. It’s a very nice design and well made. It withstood high winds without an issue. I was overall extremely pleased with it. The vestibule housed my Pomoly Ti 0.6 Mini Titanium stove and firewood comfortably still giving me plenty of room to move within the vestibule and to cook. The inner tent is of a very good size and accommodated my cot, air mattress, sleeping bag, rucksack and other gear easily and provided good comfort. Ventilation was perfect and I saw no condensation within the tent whatsoever. I used a StoveHut ground sheet and fire mat which was about a 90-95% fit for the Leo 2. The Mini Titanium stove was outstanding and kept the tent at a very comfortable +20C throughout the night. The stove was easy to setup and to control the fire.

I recently used this tent combined with the T1 Mini stove for a two week hunt in Southeast Alaska in October. October in SE Alaska is the wet season in a rainforest. Which means it rains, a lot. It rained well over a foot of rain the two weeks we were out.

This tent and stove saved our trip. We were able to dry gloves, base layers, hats, and ourselves. The tent was waterproof, easy to get in and out of while running the stove, yet still keeping our the rain. Very very good tent.

I have three small changes I would make for this climate.

1) I wish the poles for the outer tent clipped on instead the threaded through a sleeve. Threading the poles in extreme humidity is difficult and frustrating.

2) I wonder if another vent on the top of the outer tent is possible. When drying out, the inside can get quite humid and lead to condensation.

3) A few more mesh pockets on the inner tent would be handy.

Those are ridiculously small criticisms for how well this tent performed in extremely wet/cold conditions.

Love this stove tent, so much room and a perfect sized vestibule for the stove and wood Storage.
The bedroom area is a great size to. Head toom and loads of room for kit etc. plenty of ventilation.
The only and it is my only negative thought are the poles, they were a little awkward to fix to the tent, I got there eventually, I found putting the poles through the tent while it was flat on the ground was the best way!
Cant wait to use this tent through the summer too with all the openings for those early sunrises! Great colour tent and altogether a very well thought out designed tent.

Premier camping Fantastique en forêt avec ma leo 2

Where to start, the LEO 2 was my first Pomoly tent. I subsequently ordered the Locomotive 20 and am waiting on the Dome X4 to ship. I’ve set up and slept in both tents. Today my 4th Pomoly stove was delivered, the Dweller Ti. I also have the Traveller, Oroqen and the Dweller Max 2.0. Each stove serves a different purpose and does it exceptionally. These stoves throw some serious heat!
I researched stoves and hot tents for a very long time. I found Pomoly to be the best out there in terms of quality and build. The stoves have amazing technology with the air curtain, multiple draft systems, secondary air intake and the elevated bottom for ash. I recommend Pomoly if you desire a quality tent and a boss stove. Attached are pictures of the LEO 2 and the Dweller Max 2.0
