Base Edge Reinforcement Ring

A thicker reinforcement ring has been added beneath the chimney damper base to improve resistance to deformation and reduce edge warping under high heat.

Reinforced Top Plate

A 3D reinforced cut-out plate structure helps reduce warping and improves overall rigidity of the top cover during use.

For safe operation, the stove should be secured with guy lines during burning. If the chimney is not stabilized, it may sway during use, causing continuous movement in the stove body. Over time, this can create heat stress and lead to warping of the top cover.

Reinforced Bottom Plate Design

While maintaining a lightweight and portable structure, the GT Max features a dual-row reinforced bottom plate design.

After repeated use and heating cycles, minor warping may occur at the bottom of the firebox due to thermal expansion and contraction. However, the external reinforcement structure helps keep the overall firebox stable and flat, ensuring easy reassembly and continued reliable use.

To reduce gaps between hinge components and minimize the risk of smoke leakage, we developed a new precision hinge mold. The redesigned hinge system provides a tighter, more precise fit, improving overall sealing and durability.
