STOVEHUT 20

The STOVEHUT 20 is an ultralight hot tent designed for one to two people. Compatible with a wood stove, it provides a warm and comfortable shelter for cold-weather camping and backcountry adventures.

To improve weather protection in rain and snow, key seams utilize reinforced waterproof seam construction. The lightweight 20D single-sided silicone-coated fabric reduces overall weight by approximately 0.5 kg while maintaining the core functionality and durability of the STOVEHUT 70.

The STOVEHUT 20 features a spacious front awning with ample room for backpacks, footwear, and additional camping gear. The stove area is also designed to provide convenient space for cooking equipment and stove operation.

Inside, the shelter offers a comfortable sleeping area for one person, with enough room to fit a 210 × 140 cm sleeping pad along with clothing and essential gear.

In cold weather, the outer doors can be fully closed to retain warmth inside the shelter. In warmer conditions, the outer panels can be opened for increased airflow while the inner mesh doors remain closed for insect protection.

Additional rear ventilation helps improve airflow and reduce condensation buildup. On calm days, the front awning, side entrance, and stove-side panels can be opened to create a more open connection with the surrounding environment.

During rainy or snowy conditions, the shelter can be fully sealed while still providing enough protected space for cooking and gear organization inside the tent.

Side Rain Flap 

The side rain flap helps prevent rainwater from entering the tent when opening the side door in wet conditions.

Dual-Layer Door System (Fabric + Mesh)

The dual-layer door design combines fabric and mesh panels to keep insects out while maintaining excellent airflow and breathability.

Guyline Attachment Points (Rear & Base)

Adjustable Bottom Ventilation

The StoveHut 20 features a zippered bottom ventilation system that allows airflow control based on weather conditions. In cold weather, the vent can be closed to help retain heat inside the hot tent.

The vent edges are reinforced with seam-taped construction to improve water resistance and overall durability.

Because the bottom vent is positioned close to the ground, it can be partially closed in rainy conditions to help reduce splash-back from wet ground surfaces, depending on terrain and rainfall intensity.

Additional guyline attachment points in the stove area improve wind resistance and help maintain structural stability under heavy snow loads, reducing fabric contact with the stove during winter use.

Adjustable Wind Guard

The adjustable wind guard helps reduce wind exposure around key areas of the tent, improving overall stability and comfort in harsh conditions.

Lantern Hanging Hook

Built-in hook for hanging a lantern or lightweight gear inside the tent.

Tie-Out Points & Roll-Up System

Two reinforced tie-out points and three roll-up straps at the top allow the hot tent to be secured using paracord between trees or external anchor points. The front panel can also be rolled up and secured using the integrated fasteners for flexible shelter configuration.

Dual Roll-Up Loop System

Two independent roll-up loops allow for flexible door configuration. The outer door can be opened for ventilation, while the mesh door provides airflow and insect protection. Gear such as shoes can be stored in the designated gear storage area.

Stove Zone

The stove zone is designed with additional space to accommodate firewood, cookware, and stove operation without restricting interior movement.

Note: For increased stability, use two trekking poles set in a triangular configuration to help prevent obstruction and improve structural balance.
