The Evolution of POMOLY Titanium Stoves
In early 2020, POMOLY introduced its first flagship titanium stove — the T1 Series Foldable Titanium Stove.

By November 2024, the T1 Series had sold more than 10,000 units worldwide, becoming one of POMOLY’s most recognized titanium tent stove platforms. Its long-term popularity reflects the reliability, durability, and performance trusted by outdoor users across a wide range of camping environments.

The T1 Series was built using 1.0 mm-thick titanium construction combined with a precision-engineered reinforcement structure. This design helped maintain the stove’s rigidity and durability even after repeated high-temperature burn cycles. Over the years, feedback from thousands of users has continued to shape and improve the evolution of POMOLY titanium stoves.

The Next Generation: X-Ti Series
Built on years of research, field testing, and user feedback, POMOLY launched the next-generation X-Ti Series in 2024.

Compared to the original T1 Series, the X-Ti Series represents a complete redesign in both structure and engineering philosophy. The stove body combines three different titanium thicknesses — 0.6 mm, 1.0 mm, and 1.5 mm — to achieve an improved balance of weight, strength, and durability.

0.6 mm titanium is used for the primary stove body structure to maintain lightweight portability.
1.0 mm titanium reinforcement ribs strengthen the stove body and top plate while reducing warping during high-heat use.
1.5 mm titanium reinforcement blocks are used around the chimney opening to improve long-term structural stability under extreme heat exposure.

Smarter Folding Structure & Improved Efficiency
The X-Ti Series introduces a redesigned dual-fold structure with a rotating latch system. Compared to the T1 Series, it packs down smaller and lighter while offering a larger firebox capacity when assembled, allowing for longer burn times and increased fuel capacity.

The taller, narrower firebox design also improves flame contact with the top cooking surface, increasing heat transfer efficiency for both cooking and tent heating performance.

Ultralight spark arrestor with three detachable guyline rings for added stability in windy conditions.
The reduced open surface area and raised structure help trap sparks more effectively for safer operation.
Upgraded with an inverted embedded connection design for improved sealing and stability when used with titanium chimney sections.

Base Edge Reinforcement Ring

The chimney damper base features a thicker reinforcement ring that enhances structural rigidity, improves resistance to deformation, and helps minimize heat-induced edge warping for long-lasting durability.

Reinforced Top Plate Structure & Detachable Baffle

The 3D reinforced cut-out support plate helps minimize warping of the top cover during high-temperature use.

The redesigned structure reduces direct flame concentration on the center of the top plate, helping prevent uneven heat distribution caused by localized hot spots. Testing has shown that the reinforcement plate not only improves structural rigidity, but also enhances heat distribution across the cooking surface.

The detachable baffle improves combustion efficiency and helps reduce escaping sparks for safer operation.

Usage Tip: For safe operation and long-term durability, the stove should be secured with guy lines during use. If the chimney is left unsupported, it may sway in the wind, causing repeated movement and heat stress on the stove body. Over time, this may lead to warping of the top plate.

Reinforced Bottom Plate & Secondary Air Intake Panel

The X-Ti Max 5 features a lightweight reinforced bottom plate designed to improve structural stability while maintaining portability. Welded reinforcement points help reduce deformation during high-temperature use, while hollow octagonal cutouts improve airflow and heat dissipation.

After repeated use and heating cycles, minor warping may occur at the bottom of the firebox due to thermal expansion and contraction. However, the external reinforcement structure helps keep the overall firebox stable and flat, ensuring easy reassembly and continued reliable use.

Foldable Legs

The X-Ti Max 5 features foldable legs constructed from a single-piece titanium plate, providing enhanced structural strength and load-bearing stability. 

The raised center design improves ground adaptability, allowing the stove to remain stable on uneven terrain.

Enlarged Stove Door

The  X-Ti Max 5 stove features a wider and taller stove door, making it easier to load larger pieces of firewood into the stove.

The door edges use a 90° bent reinforcement design combined with a 360° rolled edge structure. The 90° bends improve the rigidity of the door frame, while the rolled edge creates a flush fit with the stove floor for a cleaner overall structure.

Upgraded Precision Hinges

To reduce gaps between hinge components and minimize the risk of smoke leakage, we developed a new precision hinge mold. The redesigned hinge system provides a tighter, more precise fit, improving overall sealing and durability.

Front Door Air Intake

The X-Ti Max 5 stove features a front door with an adjustable sliding air intake vent, allowing you to fine-tune airflow and control the burn rate more precisely.
